Welcome to the website of our small but active research group!

We perform fundamental research in environmental engineering that pertains to the problems of air pollution in general and particulate matter (PM or aerosol) in particular.

The main goals of our research are:

  • Develop new technologies to characterize physical and chemical properties of ambient aerosol.
  • Improve our understanding of the properties of airborne particles that are detrimental to the environment and human health.
